This villa is dominating with the concept of Joglo design as a Javanese traditional house. Joglo design is generally consist of two main parts, the outside and inside.

In the outside part is namely pendopo (gazebo), and the inside part is fortress.

The characteristic of this design is on the roof of pendopo towering like a mountain.
