The Villa is located in the heart of Legian just 75 meters off the beach on 3000 square meters (3/4 acre) of mature garden land...one of the last remaining large parcels in the beach area. The main pavilion and entertainment center is an impressive 175 sq mtrs. The 4 bedrooms are over-sized. One is upstairs overlooking a 25 meter pool. The other three are detached bungalows. One of these is for kids with 4 beds (two bunk beds). There are two kitchens...a service kitchen in the main pavilion and a main garden kitchen where our cook will prepare dinners.

Wifi yes. Cable TV yes. Daily house keeping and laundry. Night time security. Our staff are honest and efficient. They have been here more than 10 years and know how to take excellent care of all guests.

This massive family home is ready to be rented, complete with 25 meter lap pool, basket ball court a hundred meters to the beach, it is perfect for families with energetic kids. With 4 bedrooms, one of which has 4 double bed bunk beds, there is a real Bali feel to this house.

The Master bedroom sits atop the swimming pool, overlooking the gardens and main house with its own ensuites its the perfect escape from the rest of the house.

The upstairs room has incredible 360 views of the tops of the established trees and provides a great vista for guests from Sunrise to sunset.

The Cottage has an outlook onto the basketball area, which has skateboarding ramps for those more extreme. The outdoor bathroom brings a special feel to this room.

The Bunk bed room, has 4 bunk beds that are double beds, providing the ultimate crash pad for the kids.
