The villa has a large central living pavilion with marble floors, three soft and comfortable couches, a 37" flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, and a fully-equipped European-style kitchen, in addition to a staff wet kitchen where the staff prepare guest meals. Stairs lead up to the upstairs master suite, while to the right is the second bedroom. French doors run the entire length of the downstairs area and open out to a wide stone terrace and garden. A 20 x 6m pool dominates the outdoor area and is flanked on opposite sides by the third bedroom and an outdoor formal dining room with seating for eight persons. All the rooms have A/C and both the living and dining rooms can be closed off for air-conditioned comfort.
