This villa affords the occupants absolute seclusion by way of its location at the end of a quiet cul de sac of a pave well-maintained private street, centrally located in the highly desirable and ever fashionable Seminyak area of Bali.

This handsome property sits on 15 are of land and is designed with the finest linear lines throughout; and is richly floored entirely throughout with the finest of teak timbers.

From the moment you step through and close the magnificent pivotal entrance door behind, you will be in your very own sanctuary. The entrance is suffused by sunlight from the overhead glass ceiling by day, and bathed by up lighters during the evening; creating that inner calm anytime of day, that is so synonymous with Bali.

From the entrance hallway your eyes are draw towards an enormous indoor and out door pond upon which float the teak edged steps. As you descend these you will enter the huge main living pavilion with a soaring 20 ft vaulted timbered ceiling; which serves as a canopy to the dramatic entrance hallway, lounge and dining area.

Although the area is enclosed with glass it has been specifically designed to allow warm air to be naturally cooled by the pond water before being circulated throughout the extensive lounge and dining area, creating a cool environment even on the hottest of Bali days, but also allowing you to close the area on inclement days.

From the pond landing you will feast your eyes on the resplendent 25-metre swimming pool; which stretches out before you down almost the entire length of the garden, and is generous in proportion for even the most avid of lap swimmers.  This is framed at the far end by the independent Pool Pavilion with its own enormous underground cellar.

The entire property is privately cosseted within this lush tropical walled garden and is laid to grass underfoot.

Standing back now in the dramatic over sized lounge area lounge, you will notice the complete teak entertainment wall, complete with storage and bookcases to your left.

To your right is the raised dining area, which leads through into to a fully equipped ultra modern kitchen by Metric, and built to western standards. In addition there is a secondary serving kitchen and separate air conditioned larder.

The large formal dining area leads out through large tempered glass doors onto an informal wooden-decked entertainment patio; which looks back into the lounge pavilion, and has steps down into the garden. It has been intimately planted with shrubs and has the addition of beautiful trees; which will eventually grow into an overhead canopy to offer dappled shade.

Back in the lounge area you will notice this also opens out through large glass tempered doors and gently steps you down to the beautiful grounds and pool area, all of which have been thoughtfully built on a single grassed level with easy access to all master en-suite bedrooms; each with their own view of both the garden and swimming pool.

To the right of the pool you will see the centrally located Bedroom Pavilion which houses three of the Master en-suites Bedrooms.

Master Bedroom suite one and three are a mirror images of each other and are at either end of the Bedroom Pavilion they each have:

Walk in closet, which can be secured
Enormous marble bathrooms

Master En-suite Bedroom two is situated between bedroom one and two in the central Bedroom Pavilion, it too has:

Wardrobe situated in an extra room, which can be used as an extension to the bedroom, an office area or indeed another bedroom for adult or child
Beautiful enormous marble bathrooms

A glorious roof top garden area covers the entire central Bedroom Pavilion and affords clients both a terrific view and a welcome Bali breeze.

The Pool Pavilion has a vaulted Balinese ceiling and houses bedrooms four and five, it has:

Two large separate bedrooms and sitting areas, an ideal arrangement for families with younger children
Enormous marble bathroom

Integrated pure white sanitary ware
Built in teak vanity unit with an over sized sink unit, topped in marble and flanked with an over sized mirror

A glass roof provides natural overhead light to accentuate the two enormous showers heads
Huge cellar/ storage area underneath
Wiring for the main Bedroom allows the area to be used alternatively as an entertainment Pavilion
Coming full circle back into the entrance hallway you will see that all the villa services lead off the main entrance; that is with the exception of the back up generator, which has been thoughtfully situated at the bottom of the garden.
