Seminyak is a hip and happening district  known to be the playground of the rich, the famous as well as the more bohemian traveler. The area has a vibrant nightlife and luxurious styles of accommodation enticing a sophisticated crowd of eclectic nationalities.

Seminyak also boasts a plethora of chic cocktail bars, world class restaurants, sumptuous day spas, fashionable boutiques, stylish interior design stores and is close to the beach.

You can choose either a 4 bedroom or 2 bedroom fully serviced luxurious villa or combine the 2 with the slide of a large timber gate to make a spacious 6 bedroom villa suitable for 2 or 3 families or larger groups, sleeps up to 14 guests.

For your peace of mind while on vacation the villa provides Made the Security Guard – on duty in front of the Villa between 6pm – 6am daily.

A tropical oasis to relax and rejuvenate.

This villa has undergone a major renovation  transforming  a basic villa into what you see today which is a blend of modern design and some traditional balinese architecture. Three separate pavilions now make up the villa which provides a home away from home for many happy travellers. One long pavilion houses the 2 bedroom villa and the other 2 pavilions, 1 single storey and 1 x 2 storey make up the 4 bedroom villa.

Most of the sprawling lawns have now been replaced by a hand-dug  13m long x 2m deep salt-water pool. The original villa has been extended in all directions with 6 new bathrooms. The 2 bedroom villa has been recently re-newed creating a modern oasis with 2 new bedrooms, new bathrooms and a gorgeous natural stone salt water swimming pool.

On completion the villas were blessed by engaging a Hindu Priest and Balinese locals to perform an elaborate Balinese/Hindu ceremony to protect the entire property from evil spirits. The villa has a beautiful and peaceful energy surrounding it for all to enjoy.
