This 7 bedrooms villa is a stunning complex of luxury rental villas in Ubud, Bali which was newly-built in 2011 as a private-gated property of three separate houses with two spring-water swimming pools gracing a lushly landscaped acre of riverside terraced land.
Consisting of a four-bedroom main house (plus sleeping loft), the two-bedroom Guest House (with two extra sleeping places), and the one-bedroom Cottage, each of the three houses is spacious and well-appointed with private open-air bathrooms and views of the picturesque Wos river gorge with its attendant rice terraces and birdsong-filled jungle.
Offering the utmost in privacy and peace, it is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive (or a 40-minute walk) from the centre of Ubud, Bali's culture and arts community. Ubud is also the craftsmen's capital of Bali, and Singakerta village is home to a few families of very talented woodcarvers. Adventures abound in the surrounding area with whitewater rafting, hiking, bird watching, inner-tubing in the river and trekking in the rice fields. World class restaurants, art galleries, spas and shopping are all nearby.
Led by the charming residential managers, the property is fully staffed by a delightful Balinese team ready to cater to guests' every whim, including the extremely knowledgeable English-speaking driver.

The Main House
The four-bedroom, 800 sqm main house opened its doors in 2011 and displays an elegant fusion of Asian- Modern and Italian design elements which are highlighted by coloured Venetian plaster walls, arched doorways and rich tropical hardwood or acid-washed Sulawesi marble floors throughout.
From the ground up, no expense has been spared, and no detail overlooked in the elaborate design and layout of the villa. Four tiers of discrete living space nestle into the sloping riverside gardens, which are sensitively positioned to take advantage of waterfall and rice field views and soothing seasonal breezes.
The bedrooms are spacious yet intimate, with romantic lighting, soft draperies, luxurious linens, and folding glass doors that provide extremely enticing views.
There is also standalone Bhutan Cottage to accommodate two extra guests in romantic and chic atmosphere of total privacy and luxurious comfort.
Guest House
The charming century-old Joglo is built on two levels to create two self-independent, cosy-yet-spacious suites - each with its own entrance, a veranda or terrace, bathroom and integrated living and sleeping areas, offering a breathtaking vista that extends across rolling gardens, coconut palms, jungle, and the estate temple under the sacred banyan tree, all the way down to the river
