Located only 20 minutes away from Ubud, 5 minutes from the famous Ceking-Tegallalang rice terraces, and 10 minutes away from Mount Batur at Kintamani. Experience the “real” Bali lifestyle in the nearby local villages and be welcomed by their constant smiling faces of the locals.

This complex comprises of three separate compounds of 7 bedrooms, which can be rented separately or together as a whole, for both long and short term stays.

Access the main house through a traditional Japanese style gate. Cross a mini koi pond and be amazed by the “Missoni” inspired living and dining area. The main house has 3 separate bedrooms with all bathrooms en-suite, two outdoor showers, a TV and play-room and a kitchenette. Guests can enjoy an outdoor “onsen” style pool overlooking the lush valley. Sleeps 6-10 people comfortably.

One enters the property through local rice fields and via the second house, which has the reception and guest area on the ground floor, a mezzanine library and TV room, a living area with 2 massage therapy rooms with special en-suite bathrooms on the second floor. These 2 bedrooms can be easily converted to bedrooms to sleep 4-6 people comfortably. The house overlooks the entire property and enjoys splendid views of the valley.

The third house sits near a river at the bottom of the property. Surrounded by lush vegetation and water features, one can quietly enjoy nature in the open living area which boasts a unique 10m high ceiling. It has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large private jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ area. A small intricate temple built over a natural spring sits across the river, with a viewing deck allows a special vantage point on ceremonial days. Sleeps 4-6 people.

-       Mount Batur at Kintamani, an active volcano which you can climb early in the morning and view the sunrise. 15 minutes away by car.

-       Tirta Empul holy spring, located near the town of Tampak Siring, Tirta Empul is a 1000 year old holy water temple. One can have a soak in the cool clear baths. Go early in the morning to avoid the tourist buses. 15 minutes away by car.

-       Gunung Kawi ancient rock carving, located off the main road of Tampak Siring town, the larger than life majestic carvings in the rock face look like something out of an Indiana Jones movie set, worth a visit. 15 minutes by car.

-       Ubud Town & Art Center, discover the laid back lifestyle of Ubud with its King’s Palace, Monkey Forest and various art museums. It is the cultural heart of Bali and also has many good restaurants, cafes and small specialty shops where you can find a souvenir to bring home. 20 minutes away by car.

-       White water rafting tours with two options available, either down the Telaga Waja River or the Ayung River.

-       Horseback riding tours, you can ride around the surrounding villa area on a guided horseback tour.

-     Fun bike tours can be arranged around the back roads near the villa; you need to be fit to go up and down the many slopes and hills.
